Weapon speed is quite dependent on the class, skill and weapon used. FHR is generally 48% for first breakpoint and 86% for second in most situations. I think I know where you're getting at. If you want to hit as fast as possible, load up on the Increased Attack Speed. The Bear and and 3 Wolves each have their situational uses. Bosses = bear. nice convenient melee mobs that will run straight at you in a nice pack = Bear. whenever there are groups running at you from multiple sides = wolves. whenever there is a complicated group where you need to manage how they are killed = wolves. The Ladder is a competitive type of closed realm Multiplayer, hosted on Battle.net. In Diablo II, Ladders were introduced in Patch 1.10. In order to play and get your name on the ladder, you would have to create a new character from scratch and would not have the aid of any characters that were non-ladder. Charged Strike -releases bolts regardless of hitcheck. Lightning Bolt - no hitcheck; this is more or less a pure caster skill that consumes a javelin to calculate its base lightning damage.. Lightning Fury -Lightning splits regardless of hitcheck. Plague Javelin -detonates regardless of hitcheck. Diablo II: Lord of Destruction/Runes. Diablo has the lightning attack which can easily kill most players if they aren't careful. BUT if you really want to have a justification to why Baal is "stronger" is because Baal had his soulstone for longer. I mean, if you look at him from when he was in the Tal Rasha's tomb, and the beginning of Act 5.
The re-release is basically a re-skinned Diablo II Lord of Destruction, complete with the 100% same gear, items, armor and weapons as the original game, and the exact same game mechanics
I think an archon plate would be the best in terms of defense vs. strength requirement. You'll be finding superior 4 socket archon plates long before you find a Ber rune. Superior armors do have big repair costs, but gold isn't hard to get.
