RiahiJr. as far as I'm aware the cable is just a USB-C cable and I think I have used both the USB-C cable that came with the Switch and the one that came with a battery pack for the new Xbox controllers with both Xbox and Switch controller to charge the controllers and didn't experience any issues. I haven't used them to connect to the PC, but
Step 1: Purchase a USB microphone that is compatible with the Xbox One console Make sure to purchase one that has an adapter for the 3.5mm jack so it can fit into the controller’s headphone port. Step 2: Connect the 3.5mm adapter to your microphone and plug it into the controller’s headphone port. Ensure that you insert it all the way until
Plug the Xbox 360 controller into any USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on the computer. Windows 10 will automatically install drivers for your controller, so you won't have to download or install software other than Windows 10 updates. Once you see the pop-up notification that the drivers have been installed, you can use your controller.
Hi, In short, you can't. Unlike Xbox One or Series X|S controllers, the 360 wireless controllers are always wireless. The Play & Charge kit simply charges the battery, it does not send data. The only way to use an 360 wireless controller on a PC is via an Xbox 360 gaming receiver for Windows. 7 people found this reply helpful.

Plug your Xbox One controller in with a micro-USB cable, or Series X|S controller with a USB-C cable. 3. Click the "More options" button to check if there's a firmware update for your controller.

With the included Xbox Wireless Adapter, you can connect up to 8 Xbox Wireless Controllers at once and play games together wirelessly on Windows 10 PCs.* Use the Xbox Accessories app to remap buttons and create custom controller profiles for your favorite games.*
Connect your controller using a compatible micro-USB cable (or USB-C cable if you're using an Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, or Xbox Adaptive Controller). Standard alkaline batteries won't be used to power the controller functions while you're using your controller as a wired controller.
Does anyone know of any good USB C Cables with a breakaway feature like the old Xbox controllers used to have? Got a wired controller I need a breakaway feature for. I have a powerA fusion pro controller that had a breakaway cable with it but I'm having trouble finding a replacement. QnuyfKs.
