There's a Cuman searching bodies there who you can stealth kill, and he has at least one bandage on him iirc. There are more bandages inside the mine too, in a sack on your left near a sack of apples.
I am in the DLC "A Woman's Lot" right now. You forgot a couple of suffixes. It should look like this: cheat_add_item id:9fa3000e-3807-48a8-bed8-81427f0bda55 amount:10 (or however many you want). Incidentally, if you only ever want to spawn 1 of an item then you don't have to include the amount because the ID will default as a single item.
