To add or change the issue sources of your plan: Select Plan settings from the left side navigation. Select Issue sources. You can select a project , board, or filter as the source of issues for your plan. Delete option not showing. I have an issue highlighted. I am clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right. I see 5 options but none of them are 'delete'. I have admin rights. Is there another setting that needs to be changed by me or another admin so I see the 'delete' option?

Permissions are settings within Jira applications that control what users within those applications can see and do. All Jira applications allow a variety of permissions: from whether users can create new projects to whether a user can see a specific type of comment on an issue. These permissions can differ between applications.
Be default, the Epic issue type will be associated with the Epic hierarchy level (level 1). You can add additional Jira issue types to associate them with the Epic level. To do this: Select the Jira issue types field on the Epic level. Select from the list of available issue types or use the search field. Select Save changes. 1.
