Its really easy to identify hardware and find drivers. Just use the PID and VID. Google for how - and then you can install any driver without needing third party apps. Third party driver software are definitely a bad idea. You should only ever get your drivers from the manufacturer of the computer or the hardware.
Windows Update does all that you need, minus the graphics drivers. It is 100% a scam. At the very least, it’s going to give you outdated or even the wrong drivers at some point, and fuck up your rig. Just let windows update do it’s thing, and manually update your graphics drivers every now and then.
